Thank you for supporting Unhinged Candle Co. We work hard to get your order packed, shipped, and delivered as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time

 

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days after purchase unless otherwise stated. During holidays, sales, product launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Holidays

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Domestic Shipping

 

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping carriers may include USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on availability and order size.

Incorrect Addresses

 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for returned packages or reshipments.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

 

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Unhinged Candle Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Damaged Items

 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

 

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are generally final unless items arrive damaged or defective.

Weather Disclaimer

 

Because candles are temperature-sensitive products, we are not responsible for melting or heat-related damage caused during transit or after delivery, especially during warmer months. Please retrieve packages promptly after delivery.
